1. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed within the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days, Free for orders over $40, otherwise $4.90-$9.90 depending on your order weight.
3. International Shipping
- We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & United Kingdom. The delivery will be automatically calculated at checkout and based on your location and order weight.
- Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.
5. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. IQ Pouch is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to regulations and laws.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
IQ Pouch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
